What is actually the problem, and which solution really makes sense?
Every collaboration starts with this question, before we talk about tools, AI or automation.
I have long been interested in why people work and decide the way they do. After the birth of my second daughter, that question became a personal one, and I began to look more closely at psychology and our behaviour.
Along the way I completed several forms of training. My background brings together business and management, sales, psychological and systemic coaching, NLP, yoga and applied AI transformation.
When I built my own business and other projects, it was suddenly about very practical tasks: building processes, choosing tools, understanding technologies and actually implementing ideas. Along the way I saw how much effort poorly fitting processes cost, and how much easier work becomes when they fit the people who carry them.
My understanding of people helps me look at systems as more than a technical question. Technology should be shaped around people and the work they actually do, not the other way round.
With The Inner Jungle I am also building my own reflection platform, supported by AI.
